|After spending years traveling, tasting and researching what
makes outstanding barbeque, Tim Wilson opened his first
restaurant in 1995 in New Harmony, IN. His menu featured
smoked meats but included a wide range of other foods. This
restaurant burned to the ground in 2006.
Rising from the catastrophic loss, Tim began anew on
Evansville's westside in 2007. In a larger restaurant, Wilson's
serves fresh "out-of-the-smoker", meats rubbed with Tim's own
recipe of spices, herbs and seasonings. The nostalgic decor
reflects Wilson's old-fashioned philosophy...
